ALL ABOUT FOOD & BEVERAGE

The Food & Beverage team ensures a consistent guest experience by maintaining product freshness, stock levels, accurate pricing, and presentation. They lead food services, replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, and promotional signing across the store.

Role Skills & Experiences:

• Provide a consistent Starbucks experience by managing food quality and freshness.
• Follow state and federal food safety and OSHA guidelines.

Typical Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience with a focus on guest needs.
• Maintain Food & Beverage Standards and execute related processes.
• Support Drive Up orders and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Prepare beverages and food according to recipes.
• Follow food safety protocols and complete cleaning tasks.
• Manage inventory, including ordering and stock rotation.
• Engage with guests and support various guest services.
• Complete required training and certifications.

Ideal Candidate Traits:

• Enjoy helping others and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous food service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.

Physical & Environmental Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 44 pounds and climb ladders.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments, including cold storage.
• Reliable and prompt attendance is essential.
