ALL ABOUT FOOD & BEVERAGE

The Food & Beverage team ensures a consistent guest experience by maintaining product freshness, stock levels, accurate pricing, and presentation. They lead operations related to food safety, inventory, replenishment, and promotional signing across the store.

THE ROLE OF A STARBUCKS BARISTA

This role offers opportunities to build skills in guest service, food quality management, safety compliance, and teamwork. Responsibilities include:

• Providing exceptional guest service and handcrafted beverages.
• Maintaining food safety and quality standards.
• Executing food and beverage routines such as replenishment and cleanliness.
• Engaging with guests to enhance their shopping experience.
• Supporting digital order fulfillment and store cleanliness.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about teamwork, guest service, and product presentation. Basic skills include communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience is preferred but not required.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to handle cash, operate technology, and lift up to 44 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfort working in varying temperatures and environments.
