i-Pharm Consulting is hiring: Senior IT Support Engineer in Lebanon

Overview

Our client is looking for a hands-on IT Support Engineer to serve as the primary onsite IT authority for their Lebanon, New Hampshire office. This is a 1-year contract with the potential to be extended.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing advanced L2/L3 support for Windows/macOS, Office 365, VPN, and Exchange
• Managing Cisco networking (switches, routers, wireless) and AV systems (Zoom Rooms, Webex)
• Troubleshooting complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Leading laptop builds, OS deployments, and device imaging
• Ensuring endpoint security, MFA, patching, and VPN access
• Managing IT assets and coordinating vendor support
• Acting as the go-to onsite IT expert, collaborating with remote teams

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years in IT support or systems engineering (strong L2/L3 troubleshooting)
• Hands-on experience with Cisco networking and AV solutions would be a plus
• Proficient in Windows/macOS, Office 365, Exchange, and VPNs
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Hands-on, impactful role with ownership of IT operations
• Collaborative, supportive team with remote infrastructure and security support
• Opportunity to shape IT processes at a single site
