IT Support Engineer #IJF Job at Recruit Express in Odessa

Responsibilities

• Assists day-to-day operation by answering phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and tickets in the system to understand user inquiries/requests, provide IT support and troubleshooting, or escalate to the relevant PIC, or provide alternatives to resolve the cases.
• Ad-hoc duties such as software installation, cloning laptops, inventory checks, disposal, etc.
• Perform troubleshooting in systems and report status to the supervisor on time without delay.
• Support projects from another team/section/department as instructed by the supervisor.
• Perform any ad-hoc assignments as instructed by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Diploma or Higher Nitec in IT or related fields
• Preferably with at least 1–2 years of relevant working experience
• Responsible, meticulous, fast learner and able to understand the internal system process quickly
• Able to follow the internal systems thoroughly to ensure tasks are smoothly processed
