IT On-site Support Job at Cornerstone Global Partners in Anson

Qualifications

• A recognized Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related field
• Certifications in CompTIA IT Fundamentals, CompTIA A+ and Microsoft 365 Fundamentals are preferred
• Minimum 1+ years of working experience in Technical Support role
• Experienced with supporting Microsoft O365, Azure environment
• Pleasant disposition and ability to listen and interact with end-users to resolve technical challenges
• A problem solver for user’s issues and to resolve them in a timely manner
• Possess the spirit of continuous learning and ability to work under pressure and tight timeline

Responsibilities

• Adhere and enforce standard IT policy and processes
• Day to day IT helpdesk operation (1st level) to support user’s problem ticket and requests
• Liaising with Day 2 Managed Service Provider for 2nd level helpdesk operation
• Learn and support all other software platforms in the environment
• Maintain documentation for IT helpdesk operations
• Provide support for all IT assets/AV accessories and equipment/Printers
• Prepare and conduct IT onboarding and offboarding of employee accounts, laptops and accessories
• Coordinating with vendors on repairs and replacement of faulty parts
• Perform IT setup of Townhall session and high-level meeting session
• Conduct backup and restore when necessary
• Tracking and recording of IT assets & software inventories
• Assist in power shutdown events
• Track payments, preparation and submission of IT payment vouchers
• Assist in department initiatives when required
