We’re seeking a Receptionist / Office Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our office and provide essential administrative support. This role can be full-time or part-time, with a flexible schedule that supports a healthy work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities Greet visitors and professionally manage incoming calls from customers, vendors, and consumers. Coordinate meetings and assist with scheduling logistics Arrange and track travel (flights, hotels, transportation) Manage and order office supplies Support administrative and reception tasks as needed Help plan and organize internal events, celebrations, and team gatherings
Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Professional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage priorities and deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
