Responsibilities
• Manage approximately 15–20 customer calls per day
• Enter and process customer orders in the ERP system
• Provide order confirmations, updates, and follow-up on changes
• Support shipping updates, backlog reports, and return processing
• Work closely with the customer service team to maintain accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications
• Customer service experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• ERP system experience required
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• High attention to detail with proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and MS Office
• Positive, team-focused attitude
Compensation
$42,000 – $52,000 depending on experience Onsite role in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania
