Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM 11:45 PM
with steady overtime and a
starting pay of $36.50/hour plus $1.00/hour shift differential . A
sign-on bonus
is also offered. What You Need Completion of a formal Tool & Die apprenticeship program or 8+ years of equivalent experience Solid experience building, repairing, and troubleshooting complex dies, fixtures, jigs, and tooling Familiarity with machining setups, tool feeds, materials, and tolerances Skilled with hand tools, gauges, and machine shop equipment Able to read blueprints and perform heat treating and welding Comfortable working independently on die setups, in-press PMs, and bench repair Valid forklift license (or willingness to obtain) and experience operating overhead cranes Strong troubleshooting and communication skills What You Will Do Build and repair tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures for production use Fit, assemble, test, and adjust dies in and out of press Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on tooling Support production teams with in-press diagnostics and troubleshooting Document work, maintain a clean and safe area, and follow 6S standards Collaborate with tool room and operations teams to resolve tooling issues Schedule & Pay 2nd Shift: MondayFriday, 3:00 PM 11:45 PM $36.50/hour base pay + $1.00/hour shift differential Overtime available and often required Sign-on bonus available Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance with affordable employee contributions Company-paid life, AD&D, and disability insurance 401(k) with company match, vested after 2 years Paid holidays and PTO, voluntary insurance options, and more
