LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner for a growing construction company located in the Seattle, WA. This person will provide day to day HR services in employee relations, leave administration, talent acquisition, training and development and operations.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide human resources guidelines, and aligns human resources solutions to support company
  • Champion culture, foster engagement, and support leadership development through strategic advisement
  • Partner with business leadership to develop and implement talent management activities to grow and retain critical talent
  • Manage a variety of leave of absence (LOA) programs
  • Facilitate training related to performance management, harrassment prevention, EEO/AAP, leave administration, corrective action and termination.
  • Partner with leadership to communicate and implement policies, procedures, standards and ensure compliance with applicable HR laws and regulations
  • Advise management on employee relations issues
  • Maintain an accurate HRIS program

Qualifications needed:

  • 5 plus years' of progressive Human Resources experience
  • Experience working in a blue collar enviornment
  • Ability to interface with cross-functional disciplines
  • Working knowledge of HRIS systems; ADP a plus
  • Union experince a plus

Benefits:

  • Personal Time Off (PTO) is offered on an accrual basis up to 120 hours a year with an increase after tenure, 9 Paid Holidays, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave (Washington State). PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
  • Paid Sick Leave where applicable by State law
