Call Center Representative – Insurance Industry
Location: Bellevue, WA
Employment Type: Full-Time


We are seeking experienced call center professionals to join a customer-focused team in the insurance industry. While prior insurance experience is not required, candidates must have previous call center experience and a strong commitment to delivering excellent service.
Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency

  • Provide support for policy inquiries, billing questions, and general account assistance

  • Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems

  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve service delivery

  • Adherent to company procedures and industry regulations

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of call center experience

  • Strong communication and active listening skills

  • Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems effectively

  • Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms preferred



Pay Details: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour
