Call Center Representative – Insurance Industry
Location: Bellevue, WA
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are seeking experienced call center professionals to join a customer-focused team in the insurance industry. While prior insurance experience is not required, candidates must have previous call center experience and a strong commitment to delivering excellent service.
Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency
Provide support for policy inquiries, billing questions, and general account assistance
Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve service delivery
Adherent to company procedures and industry regulations
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of call center experience
Strong communication and active listening skills
Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems effectively
Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms preferred
Pay Details: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour
