Call Center Representative - Insurance Industry
Location: Bellevue, WA
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are seeking experienced call center professionals to join a customer-focused team in the insurance industry. While prior insurance experience is not required, candidates must have previous call center experience and a strong commitment to delivering excellent service.

- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Provide support for policy inquiries, billing questions, and general account assistance
- Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve service delivery
- Adherent to company procedures and industry regulations
- Minimum of 1 year of call center experience
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems effectively
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms preferred
