Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Talent Acquisition Coordinator , you will play a critical part in ensuring smooth recruiting processes, accurate data management, and compliance across hiring activities, all while supporting programs that help bring in top talent. Responsibilities Manage job requisitions and position data within SuccessFactors. Post and maintain openings across internal and external job boards. Review hiring data, offer letters, and other documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Partner with TA, HR, and business leaders to support hiring processes and workforce planning. Support recruiting programs such as internships, high-volume hiring, and internal mobility. Assist with the adoption and use of updated talent acquisition processes and tools. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred. 1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR, or related operations support. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS/ATS systems preferred. Background supporting recruiting programs (internships, high-volume, or mobility) preferred. Experience auditing data for accuracy and compliance preferred. Want to be notified of similar positions?
