• Description: Medical Oncology APP - NP or PA - Open to locums to perm optionsSpecialty: Hematology/Oncology APP PA or NPStart Date: ASAPContract Length: 3-6 monthsShift Details: Day shift 8a 4:30pSchedule: Monday - FridayWork Details:• Support staff: Yes• Amount of coverage needed per month: Full-time Mon -Fri schedule• Patients per day: 11-16• Patient population/age: all ages• Department description: Hematology/Oncology total hospital size 686 beds• EMR: EPIC• Special procedures: Just hematology inpatient services• Skills required: Experience with Heme patients benign/malignant REQUIREDVery Hem focused.Practice Setting:o HospitalRequirements:• Board Certification: PA or APP• State license required: MN license• DEA: NOCan do temp privs if background is clean!Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 daysWilling To License?: Only if IMLCSupport staff for MDs: we would have APPs on the inpatient side to help on both hematology and oncologyNo APP support for taking call or on the weekends but during the day they would have APP support.ADDITONAL INFO:We are building our bone marrow practice but at the moment just having knowledge around it but not really specialized would be fine. The hematology APP would be required to be comfortable with benign and malignant heme.I have 2 APPs needed one for Oncology one for strong hematology focusThere are no locums covering the infusion center it is our peopleRegarding acute care certs just BLS and ACLS nothing really special needed. Shift Info: Day 5x8-Hour 08:00 - 16:30
