Your new company Join a boutique developer and owner-operator management company with nearly 35 years in the industry. They specialize in the acquisition, master-planning, redevelopment, and management of real estate assets in the Los Angeles area.

Your new role Respond to tenant inquiries and manage work orders through to completion Coordinate with vendors and follow up on service delivery Assist with monthly and quarterly property activity reports Prepare tenant notices for projects, meetings, and events Track and manage budgeted projects with the maintenance team Conduct property inspections and vendor site walks Assist in the bidding process and vendor selection Maintain daily property management tracker and documentation Support onboarding of new tenants and conduct final walk-throughs

What you'll need to succeed Minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial Property Management Strong administrative, organizational, and customer service skills Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with various stakeholders Experience with institutional financial reporting and CAM Familiarity with MRI, JDEdwards, Yardi, and Kardin software preferred
