We’re seeking an accomplished Vice President of Business Development in San Jose, CA to help launch a fully robotic offsite construction facility. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of sustainable housing in a co-founding role with a visionary company that’s building a factory to deliver high-performance building systems. Responsibilities
Identify and secure multi-project agreements, LOIs, and supply contracts pre-factory launch Build long-term partnerships with affordable developers, BTR companies, and general contractors Represent the company at conferences and in high-level industry conversations Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy tailored to each customer segment Qualifications
10+ years of B2B sales or partnerships experience in construction, modular / off-site manufacturing, BTR, or affordable housing Proven track record closing multi-million-dollar deals and long-cycle contracts Strong network in affordable housing, CDFIs, BTR operators, or large homebuilders Deep understanding of affordable housing finance and public-private funding models Benefits
Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including full health, dental, and vision coverage, PTO, performance incentives, equity participation, and a travel and industry networking budget.
