Overview

Strategic Technology Advisors (STA), in collaboration with TIS Group LLC, is seeking a Business Analyst to join our team and support critical technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support process improvement and documentation efforts.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in technology or consulting environments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with Oracle, ERP, or enterprise systems is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
