We are currently seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Florida, NY. This position is available for both W2-Permanent and W2-Contract, full-time basis.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design, build, test, document, and implement new Salesforce features.
• Provide ongoing Salesforce support and troubleshooting.
• Stay updated on new Salesforce features and functionalities and provide recommendations for process improvements.

For this essential role, we offer a competitive salary package between $70,000 to $90,000 yearly, commensurate with your experience and skills.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1-5 years of experience in the IT Software industry.
• Experience in Salesforce is a must.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Skills

• Proficient in Salesforce with a strong understanding of its functionalities and capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex business problems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to stay updated on new technological trends and apply them to current projects.

A competitive salary package ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 yearly, commensurate with your experience and skills, will be offered.
