Overview

Are you an enthusiastic individual with a knack for customer service? We"re looking for a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team in Houston, TX! This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity, requiring 100% on-site presence.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, address inquiries about products and services, and effectively resolve complaints.
• Identify customer issues, propose viable solutions, and ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Handle both inbound and outbound customer interactions.
• Address and resolve customer service or billing concerns, which may include processing exchanges, issuing refunds, or adjusting invoices.
• Initiate contact with customers to respond to questions or inform them of claim investigation outcomes and any planned modifications.
• Escalate unresolved customer grievances to the appropriate departments for further investigation.
• Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions and transactions, detailing inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.
• Working in a smoke free environment.

Job Details

Salary: $18.74 - $18.75 per hour

Shift: First

Work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
