About The Role

Quadric IT is seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our client project in Maryland. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of Salesforce functionality, strong business analysis skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with developers, administrators, and architects to design and implement Salesforce solutions.
• Create process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development.
• Conduct workshops, demos, and UAT sessions with business users.
• Ensure solutions align with best practices, scalability, and security standards.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 4+ years focused on Salesforce.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CRM workflows.
• Proven experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Salesforce certifications (BA, Admin, or Consultant) preferred.
