Business Systems Analyst

Join a global team working to modernize and optimize critical business systems. In this role, you ll collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, and technology partners to analyze workflows, define future-state processes, and translate business needs into functional requirements for custom software development.

Key Responsibilities

• Document and improve business processes (AS-IS/TO-BE).
• Build and validate functional requirements for enterprise systems.
• Support testing, data migration, and user acceptance.
• Deliver training and documentation to drive adoption.
• Partner with cross-functional teams worldwide to ensure smooth project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree required; Master s in business or computer science preferred.
• 5+ years experience with financial or trading systems and enterprise applications.
• Strong background in process analysis, requirements gathering, and software testing.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across global teams.
