In this role, you ll collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, and technology partners to analyze workflows, define future-state processes, and translate business needs into functional requirements for custom software development. Key Responsibilities Document and improve business processes (AS-IS/TO-BE). Build and validate functional requirements for enterprise systems. Support testing, data migration, and user acceptance. Deliver training and documentation to drive adoption. Partner with cross-functional teams worldwide to ensure smooth project delivery. Qualifications Bachelor s degree required; Master s in business or computer science preferred. 5+ years experience with financial or trading systems and enterprise applications. Strong background in process analysis, requirements gathering, and software testing. Excellent communication skills and ability to work across global teams.
