Overview

Business Systems Analyst at Top Prospect Group. This role focuses on modernizing and enhancing critical business systems. Base pay range: $100,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Employment type: Full-time

Schedule: FT, Direct Hire

Work location: Onsite 4 days a week; can sit in either CT or MO (candidates choose). Salary is based on location: $100K for MO and $115K for CT.

Responsibilities

• Document current (AS-IS) processes and design improved (TO-BE) workflows.
• Develop and validate functional requirements with IT and business teams.
• Support testing, user acceptance, and data migration activities.
• Provide training, documentation, and demonstrations to global teams.
• Troubleshoot issues and contribute to change management for new solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or computer science preferred.
• 3–5 years’ experience with financial or trading systems, enterprise reporting, or large-scale business applications.
• Strong skills in process analysis, requirements gathering, and system testing.
• Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across multicultural, global teams.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with enterprise system tools.
