Position Overview: D2 Government Solutions is currently seeking a

part-time experienced Bookkeeper

to join our accounting team. This role involves handling day-to-day financial tasks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. The position is based onsite at our New Bern, NC headquarters. Key Responsibilities: Accurately record financial transactions (purchases, sales, receipts, payments) using

QuickBooks Online

Manage

accounts payable , including invoice processing, expense verification, and ensuring timely vendor payments

Reconcile

bank statements

with company financial records

Maintain organized financial documentation (receipts, invoices, and related records)

Demonstrate strong attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment

Collaborate with finance team members and other departments as needed

Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum of

2 years’ bookkeeping experience

At least

2 years of experience with QuickBooks

Preferred Qualifications: Associate degree in Accounting or related field

10+ years

of bookkeeping experience
