Bilingual Warehouse Office Clerk Bilingual English/Spanish a Must! Location: 2650 Galvin Dr, Elgin, IL 60124 Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (Initial training on 1st shift required)
Job Summary:
The Warehouse Office Clerk supports the Warehouse Manager and Supervisors in shipping, receiving, and daily operational tasks. This role involves administrative and clerical duties, including managing shipment documentation, label printing, and providing frontline support for internal and external customers. A successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable navigating warehouse systems and fast-paced logistics environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day clerical and administrative support for warehouse operations. Manage Bills of Lading (BOL), label generation, and shipping/receiving paperwork. Coordinate and prioritize daily shipments to ensure accurate and timely deliveries. Maintain shipment records, analyze data, and contribute to quality assurance activities. Act as a liaison between warehouse staff, management, and external contacts. Assist with scanning, faxing, emailing, and filing of key documentation. Support warehouse floor operations as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by leadership. Required Experience & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. 2–4 years of warehouse office, logistics, or shipping/receiving experience required. Hands-on experience with BOL paperwork, label printing, and warehouse workflows is a must. Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities. Physical Requirements:
Prolonged sitting and computer use in office; occasional standing/walking on warehouse floor. Ability to lift up to 49 lbs. Must be able to complete all physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation.
