Customer Service Representative (CSR) Location: Elgin, IL 60124 Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour Shift: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a key role in providing product and service support to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. The ideal candidate is patient, empathetic, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong computer skills, a service-focused mindset, and the ability to resolve issues calmly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities: Process customer orders, updates, and handle complaints across multiple communication platforms. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries to ensure a high level of satisfaction. Accurately document all customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams as necessary. Collaborate with peers and management to continuously improve service processes. Develop in-depth knowledge of product lines and contribute to team efficiency. Perform additional administrative or customer service duties as assigned. Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 2 years of customer service experience preferred. Typing speed of at least 45 WPM. Strong computer literacy; comfortable with dual monitors and learning new systems quickly. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in high-pressure situations. Bilingual English/Spanish strong plus! Physical Requirements:

Prolonged sitting and computer use. Occasionally lift up to 15 lbs. Must be able to perform all job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
