Seeking motivated Maintenance Technicians to support our valued clients’ manufacturing and production sites throughout St. Louis City, St. Louis County, and Jefferson County, Missouri. This dynamic opportunity is perfect for candidates who thrive on tackling hands-on mechanical and electrical challenges in a team-focused, opportunity-rich environment. Pay Rate: $23 - $32/hr, based on experience. What You'll Do

Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on industrial equipment, including motors, conveyors, hydraulics, and production machinery to ensure smooth, safe, and reliable daily operations for our clients.

Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues quickly and effectively.

Install, assemble, and upgrade machinery and equipment as needed for evolving production requirements.

Use welding and basic fabrication skills to repair and improve systems.

Collaborate with plant managers, operators, and maintenance teams to ensure the highest standards of efficiency and safety.

Maintain detailed maintenance records and manage spare parts inventory.

Follow OSHA safety protocols and participate in ongoing safety initiatives.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in manufacturing, metal casting, cement, or related industry environments.

Solid troubleshooting abilities in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Proven experience interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

Strong teamwork, clear communication, and attention to detail.

Capable of lifting and handling heavy equipment safely.
