Due to tremendous growth throughout the company, we are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician with critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to join our team. Pay up to $37.00 per hour based on experience. Shifts: 6am - 2:30pm 9am - 5:30pm 2:30pm - 11pm **If interested in this opportunity, please apply using the link below: ** **https://careers2- imagefirst.icims.com/jobs/9128/industrial -maintenance-technician/job ** RESPONSIBILITIES: · Responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery . · Accomplish troubleshoots, diagnosing, and repairing all mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical malfunctions of production equipment · Experience working with 480VAC 3-phase systems down to 12VDC control and safety systems · Perform preventative maintenance on industrial machinery · Maintain and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs) · Have a working knowledge and understanding of PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and control circuits. · Communicate with Production Associates and Management · Maintain and secure work tools · Clean and maintain the work area · Complete training and assigned duties as required REQUIREMENTS: · Working knowledge, education, and experience of the following areas are a must : o Electrical systems o Mechanical systems o Hydraulic & pneumatic systems · Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics · Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills are required · High school diploma or equivalent, or technical school training preferred · Manual dexterity is required for operating tools, machinery, and computer systems · Ability to lift 30 pounds PLC and automated control system knowledge is a plus PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: · Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment · Work involves frequent lifting of materials up to 30 pounds · Machinery and tool operation requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, and work boots You should be proficient in: Facilities Maintenance Experience Preventive Maintenance & Inspection Electrical Troubleshooting Electrical Repair PLC Wiring Experience High School / GED Machines & technologies you'll use: Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)
