The day to day duties will include completing the service transaction by collecting payment and performing numerous customer service responsibilities. Flexible Work Schedule
Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and address their needs Take payment from customers to close out the service or parts transaction
Answer phones and direct to correct department
Schedule accurate service appointments or guide customer to a service advisor
Reconcile previous days payments
Manage a cash drawer accurately
Use up to date software to achieve company goals
Qualifications: Excellent time management skills
Proficiency in basic math calculation
Strong organizational skills
Prior experience in customer service a plus
Ability to work well in a team environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation
