Senior Accountant – High-Growth Healthcare Company | Hybrid (Wayne, PA)

$90K–$105K + 10% Bonus | Hybrid (3–4 days in office)

High-impact accounting opportunity! Mission-driven healthcare company in rapid growth mode seeking a Senior Accountant to join their expanding team. Organization is a provider of both in-patient and out-patient behavioral health services. Opportunity offers high exposure, direct access to leadership (right hand to Controller), and meaningful work in a purpose-driven organization.

Responsibilities – Senior Accountant

• Own key accounting functions including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close
• Prepare financial statements and support internal/external reporting
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Support fixed asset accounting and compliance with GAAP
• Drive process improvements and participate in systems enhancement
• Play a key role in audit prep and liaise with external auditors

Qualifications – Senior Accountant

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience (public + corporate industry blend preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA or CPA-track preferred
