Position: Human Resources Director
Our client is seeking a positive and nimble leader for their Human Resources Director opportunity. This direct-hire role blends hands-on training and development of the management staff as well as successful execution of the company’s HR systems and operations. If you have at least ten years of experience and can take ownership in a fast-paced environment, then this could be a great fit!
Base pay range
$120,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define long-term mission and goals; identify ways to support these objectives through talent management, total rewards, learning and development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Participate in and oversee daily operations of HR functions, developing workforce plans and programs that align with company goals
- Develop comprehensive talent acquisition and retention plans
- Research, develop, and implement competitive compensation, benefits, performance appraisal, and employee incentive and wellness programs
- Ensure and promote educational staff development and training for all employees
- Identify and analyze KPIs
- Prepare and implement budget
- Provide guidance to HR team and help address employee inquiries
- Ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressive human resource leadership experience required, with expertise in strategic planning and business development
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR strongly preferred
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and various HRIS
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
