Who we want:

As a Manager, you’ll lead some of our most critical performance marketing efforts. This is a high-impact, highly visible role where you’ll manage strategy, execution, and optimization across paid search channels — while helping guide cross-channel growth. Be in office 4x a week (Mon-Thu) with Fridays remote, reporting into Senior Manager of Search. Responsibilities

Own Paid Search Strategy:

Oversee Microsoft Bing, Google Search, Local Services Ads, and PMAX campaigns Drive Performance at Scale : Manage pacing, budgets, creative tests, optimizations, and campaign expansions Lead with Insights : Translate performance data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership Innovate & Expand : Pilot new ad products and explore emerging opportunities across programmatic, display, and more Mentor & Collaborate : Partner with marketing managers and cross-functional teams to launch, optimize, and grow campaigns Qualifications

Experienced:

4+ years of hands-on in paid search management with proven direct-response success Strategic:

Able to think big-picture, connect dots, and anticipate business implications Analytical:

Comfortable with data analysis, Excel/Google Sheets, and ROI modeling Influential:

Strong communicator who can present insights and influence decision-making Ownership-Driven:

Takes initiative, manages projects to completion, and thrives in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have

Deep knowledge of additional digital channels (paid social, display, programmatic) Experience with Google Analytics, DV360, or Salesforce Ability to build dashboards & automate reporting Exposure to the legal industry - tech or marketing A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university Salary & Benefits Salary Range: $85,000 USD - $95,000 USD Morgan & Morgan is a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful.
