Product Manager IV - Commercial Lending

This includes managing market research, financial analysis, product planning, development, implementation, and coordinating sales and marketing strategies. Key components include product profitability, risk mitigation, performance evaluation, and results measurement. The role also serves as a subject matter expert for the product suite. Position Responsibilities: Roadmap Management
Act as a market expert through research, discovery, validation, customer interactions, and presentations. Define market problems by analyzing market data, customers, competition, and SWOT, along with technology assessments and win/loss analyses. Develop solutions via strategic planning, including roadmaps, business plans, profitability assessments, pricing, positioning, customer personas, and use scenarios. Ensure solutions address market problems and align with development. Manage product lifecycle, monitor performance, and recommend pricing and marketing strategies to enhance profitability and customer retention. Define, measure, and manage product risks. Track and communicate product success metrics. Product Promotion/Advocacy
Create and own product messaging; participate in marketing and advertising development. Develop training materials and conduct training sessions as needed. Engage with customers and prospects through interviews and trend monitoring to assess acceptance. Portfolio and Revenue Management
Evaluate economic conditions and advise on impacts to products. Ensure profitability and competitive positioning within sales planning and profit plans. Develop pricing strategies to meet objectives. Product Initiatives
Research and define market problems; explore market opportunities and product impacts. Perform discovery and validation with stakeholders. Set criteria for testing new and existing products, and develop workflows in partnership with Operations. Maintain product stability and ensure efficient issue escalation and resolution protocols. Continuously improve operational processes and evaluate customer feedback.
