Your Role as a Store Manager Lead the customer experience by managing talent, inspiring your team, and ensuring every customer leaves satisfied with a personalized solution. Oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, manage budgets, control expenses, and oversee inventory. Ensure safety and security by following all safety protocols and company policies. Maintain the store's appearance and ensure it reflects our brand standards. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year in sales management. Experience in operational, financial, and performance management. Cosmetology license is a plus but not mandatory. Self-motivated with a passion for learning and developing others.
