Full-time, Exempt Position Summary We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Operations (VP-level) to oversee and elevate the operational infrastructure across our expanding national footprint. This individual will be responsible for aligning and leading all internal administrative functions, integrating new offices post-acquisition, and developing scalable systems that enable sustainable growth. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in professional services or public accounting operations, with a proven track record of managing multi-location teams, driving operational efficiency, and leading integration initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement firmwide operational strategies to support scalability, efficiency, and compliance Lead and manage administrative teams including practice managers, reception, workflow administrators, and support staff Oversee post-acquisition operational integration across multiple office locations Identify and improve inefficient workflows and processes; establish best practices and internal controls Serve as a key member of the leadership team, contributing to organizational strategy and growth Ensure consistency and quality across all locations while preserving local client service standards Support change management initiatives and help build a culture of continuous improvements Qualifications 10+ years of progressive experience in operations leadership, preferably within public accounting or professional services Demonstrated success managing and integrating multi-office or multi-region operations Strong expertise in designing and optimizing workflows, compliance, and administrative systems Experience leading teams, developing talent, and aligning operations with firm-wide goals Comfortable operating at both a strategic and tactical level in a growing organization Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels What We Offer Competitive base salary with performance-based bonus Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) Relocation assistance for candidates outside the Miami area Opportunity to join a high-impact leadership team within a firm experiencing rapid growth A collaborative, entrepreneurial culture focused on innovation, operational excellence, and client service Seniority level
