Pure Barre is the national leader in barre fitness with more than 500+ franchise locations in the United States and Canada. We are currently expanding our team and seeking a qualified General Manager focused on driving sales and service excellence for our luxury fitness brand. This is the perfect opportunity to interact with clients daily and create a supportive community!
Position: The General Manager will oversee all studio functions from sales to operations.
Responsibilities:
Lead generation including grassroots marketing and networking.
Implement sales processes to convert prospects into classes.
Membership and retail sales.
Coordinate with vendors and manage inventory.
Hire and manage instructors.
Use gym management software and POS systems for reports.
Review instructor evaluations.
Make high-level customer service decisions.
Maintain studio cleanliness and organization.
Enforce policies and procedures.
Ensure studio supplies and literature are stocked.
Participate in community events and promotions.
Manage marketing campaigns to generate leads.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience.
Ability to generate personal sales and train sales staff.
Manage multiple revenue streams.
Previous management or supervisory experience.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Solution-oriented, results-driven, competitive spirit.
Passion for fitness.
Highly organized with data management skills.
Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat.
Attention to detail and confidentiality.
Ability to work harmoniously with others.
Proficiency with computers and studio software.
College degree preferred.
Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
Travel to California for training required.
