About the Role
The Company is in search of a Business Execution and Governance Senior Lead Analyst to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the liquidity, capital, and balance sheet for various U.S. entities. This role involves leading liquidity and capital optimization efforts, serving as the primary contact for Treasury on funding needs, and ensuring that balance sheet priorities are integrated into business decision-making. The candidate will also be tasked with governing and maintaining Treasury legal entity methodologies, models, and rules, as well as overseeing the execution of governance frameworks, policies, and standards. A key aspect of the role is to identify and manage Treasury-related cross-risks across legal entities. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with 4-6 years' of experience in finance, and at least 2 years' of project management experience. The role requires a strategic professional with exceptional relationship management, organizational, communication, and influencing skills. The candidate must be adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment, have a strong understanding of financial regulations, and possess data analytic skills to automate processes. Responsibilities also include supporting the Chief of Staff in various tasks, leading ad-hoc projects, and building relationships across key partner organizations. The position offers the opportunity to work with a high-caliber team and gain exposure to critical resolution and recovery planning efforts within a global financial institution.
