About the Role The Company is seeking a VP, Records Management Product Specialist with a focus on data privacy. The successful candidate will be responsible for streamlining and automating records management and remediation workflows to ensure compliance with enterprise policies and global privacy regulations. This role requires a product mindset and the ability to collaborate with key stakeholders, including data owners, technology, enterprise data, privacy, compliance, and legal teams, to capture and prioritize requirements. The VP will also be involved in integrating records management controls into self-service technologies and will be expected to own the records management roadmap, working closely with a cross-functional team to deliver on business outcomes.
Applicants must have 6-10 years' of relevant experience in enterprise data governance, records/information management, or compliance technology, preferably in the banking or financial services sector. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree being a plus. The role demands a professional with a strong background in product management within an Agile environment, experience in data retention and remediation principles, and a solid understanding of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, accountable, and possess superior communication skills. They should be execution-oriented, collaborative, and have a bias for change, with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams to achieve results.
