Overview

This job description provides the duties, requirements, and expectations for the Warehouse Associate position at Elliott Electric Supply.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, pick orders, and stage products for customer delivery.
• Maintain the warehouse in a safe and orderly fashion.
• Perform cycle counting and inventory adjustments as part of daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; warehouse, distribution, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to identify product by size, type, style, color code/sku; read and match orders on shipping tickets and enter correct catalog numbers; basic math and data entry skills.
• Ability to obtain certification for powered equipment and operate inventory control equipment (e.g., barcode scanners, handheld devices).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card and/or delivery driver experience is highly desirable but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Move and lift up to 50 lbs unassisted; occasional lifting of up to 75 lbs.
• Stand, walk, lift, pull, and push for approximately 75% of the workday; may climb ladders for top-level selection.
• Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Schedule and Compensation

Schedule is 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday with minimum overtime; Saturday morning work required only a few times a year. Entry-level positions may pay above $600 per week. Competitive benefits, weekly pay, PTO, and opportunities to grow and advance with Elliott Electric Supply.
