We’re hiring immediately. This isn’t your typical entry-level retail position. You can earn base pay with commission opportunities that can lead to a total annual compensation of $65,000+ depending on location, hours, and performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Generate retail sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand the Verizon network.
  • Learn and uncover customers’ needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
  • Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
  • Close sales by using strong communication to fulfill customer needs with simple, intuitive tech solutions.
  • Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
  • Potential to grow your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers interested in our products and services.
  • Engage with the community outside the store to expand your loyal customer base, including at off-site Verizon-sponsored events.

Compensation and Benefits

Base pay and commission structure: starting base pay rate listed by location, with potential to earn more through commissions. The role includes the opportunity to earn substantial commissions based on sales performance. Compensation varies by geography, hours worked, and performance.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll Need To Have

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One or more years of relevant experience (work or military)
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule provided four weeks in advance)
  • Openness to pick up additional shifts, especially in peak periods

Even better if you have

  • Experience in a commission-based environment
  • Demonstrated sales experience and customer solutions-focused communication
  • Customer service experience
