Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive SAP Master Data Analyst to provide hands-on support for SAP S/4HANA master data elements across the Record to Report, Order to Cash, and Source to Pay processes. This role will collaborate cross-functionally with business users, data owners, and IT support teams to ensure accurate and efficient master data management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage master data change requests using ServiceNow ticketing system.
  • Create, maintain, and resolve errors for SAP S/4 master data objects, including:
  • Projects, WBS elements, Cost Centers, Profit Centers
  • GL Accounts, Statistical Key Figures
  • Suppliers, Customers, Materials, Fixed Assets
  • Develop and maintain work instructions, SOPs, and data request forms.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements; update process documentation with flowcharts and narratives.
  • Support manual data creation and maintenance using LTMC and LSMW mass upload templates.
  • Participate in data migration, transformation, and mapping projects, including data cleansing and standardization activities.
  • Perform data quality corrections and validate target data for accuracy.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree (Computer/Information Science or related field preferred)
  • 1-3 years of SAP ERP experience (S/4HANA strongly preferred)
  • Proven experience with integrated SAP finance & supply chain processes (WBS elements, Projects, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, GL Accounts, Statistical Key Figures, Suppliers, Materials, Customers).
  • Strong knowledge of SAP ERP metadata and master data concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with LTMC and LSMW mass upload templates.
  • Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerBI), with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, forms, queries).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
