Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive SAP Master Data Analyst to provide hands-on support for SAP S/4HANA master data elements across the Record to Report, Order to Cash, and Source to Pay processes. This role will collaborate cross-functionally with business users, data owners, and IT support teams to ensure accurate and efficient master data management. Responsibilities Manage master data change requests using ServiceNow ticketing system. Create, maintain, and resolve errors for SAP S/4 master data objects, including: Projects, WBS elements, Cost Centers, Profit Centers GL Accounts, Statistical Key Figures Suppliers, Customers, Materials, Fixed Assets Develop and maintain work instructions, SOPs, and data request forms. Identify opportunities for process improvements; update process documentation with flowcharts and narratives. Support manual data creation and maintenance using LTMC and LSMW mass upload templates. Participate in data migration, transformation, and mapping projects, including data cleansing and standardization activities. Perform data quality corrections and validate target data for accuracy. Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Bachelor’s degree (Computer/Information Science or related field preferred) 1-3 years of SAP ERP experience (S/4HANA strongly preferred) Proven experience with integrated SAP finance & supply chain processes (WBS elements, Projects, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, GL Accounts, Statistical Key Figures, Suppliers, Materials, Customers). Strong knowledge of SAP ERP metadata and master data concepts. Hands-on experience with LTMC and LSMW mass upload templates. Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerBI), with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, forms, queries). Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
