SAP Data Analyst 12-month contract Remote - EST Hours Role Overview: The SAP master data analyst will provide hands-on support for SAP S/4Hana master data elements in the Record to Report, Order to Cash, and Source to Pay processes The SAP master data analyst will work cross-functionally with business users, data owners, and IT Support teams. Responsibilities: Manage master data change requests through a ticketing system. Collaborate with business users to create, maintain, and resolve errors for SAP S/4 master data objects (e.g., Projects, WBS elements, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, GL Accounts, Statistical Key Figures, Suppliers, Customers, Materials, Fixed Assets, etc.). Develop and maintain master data work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and request forms. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements; document updates using process flowcharts and narratives. Support the creation and maintenance of data files using mass upload templates (e.g., LTMC, LSMW). Assist with data migration, transformation, and mapping projects, including data cleansing and standardization activities. Perform data corrections and cleansing in source systems and validate target data for accuracy and quality. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Hands-on experience with integrated SAP finance and supply chain processes, including WBS elements, Projects, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, GL Accounts, Statistical Key Figures, Suppliers, Materials, and Customers. Strong understanding of SAP ERP metadata and master data concepts. Familiarity with LTMC and LSMW mass upload templates. Experience working with IT ticketing systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with strong skills in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, forms, data queries) and familiarity with Power BI. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1–3 years of experience working with SAP ERP (S/4HANA preferred). Seniority level:
