Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 Per Year

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Excel Data Analyst to collect, organize, and analyze data to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in Excel and data visualization, with the ability to turn raw data into meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize datasets for analysis
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and trackers using Excel
• Use advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, Power Query, etc.) for analysis
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
• Automate repetitive reporting tasks using Excel macros/VBA (nice to have)
• Present findings in clear, concise reports and presentations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in IT software or a related field
• Eligibility to work in the United States (US Citizens, Green Card holders, H4 and L2 visa holders, and those with STEM/OPT qualifications)

Skills

• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
• Experience with Ab Initio software
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy

Job Type

This is a full-time position. Both permanent and contract types are available.
