Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced

Personal Lines Account Manager

to join a team. This role focuses on managing and servicing a book of business consisting of high-net-worth personal lines accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-net-worth insurance, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. This is a hybrid position, offering a balance of in-office and remote work flexibility.

Responsibilities

Manage and service a book of business consisting of high-net-worth personal lines accounts. Quote, renew, and maintain personal insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and proactive account management. Provide consultative risk management advice and coverage recommendations to clients. Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate terms, pricing, and coverage options. Utilize Applied Epic software for policy management, documentation, and client correspondence. Work closely with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and support departmental growth. Qualifications/Requirements

Licenses/Certifications : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience : Prior experience managing high-net-worth personal lines accounts is essential. Software Proficiency : Familiarity with Applied Epic software is preferred. Soft Skills : Strong team player, proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable. Education : Open to candidates with varying levels of formal education as long as they meet the experience requirements.
