Seeking qualified Tier I Desktop Support Technician to provide customer-facing technical support in a healthcare environment. This includes handling escalated Helpdesk tickets, resolving hardware/software issues, and supporting a wide range of devices.
Responsibilities:
* Provide Tier I support for escalated Helpdesk tickets * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues * Configure and deploy desktops, laptops, thin clients, and mobile devices * Support specialized equipment such as workstations on wheels, wall-mounted cabinets, printers, and iPhones * Utilize Active Directory for machine lookups and OU associations * Follow centralized imaging and deployment processes * Use a ticketing system for tracking and documentation * Occasionally enter patient and operating rooms for device support Experience: * Minimum 2 years of IT experience (or 1 year with Associate's/Bachelor's degree) * Strong customer service orientation * Familiarity with: * Windows 10 / Windows 11 * Active Directory * Office 365 / Outlook * Ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) * Imaging and deployment tools * Basic hardware tools and assembly
Preferred Skills:
* Experience supporting thin clients and mobile devices * Knowledge of printer support and desktop hardware * Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment * Clear communication and documentation skills *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $24.00/hr.
