PCA ratio ~1:10 (can do EKGs, blood draws, ADLs, I/Os) Intensivist in-house 24/7 RT available 24/7 (manages vents, CPAP/BiPAP/High Flow, intubation, ABGs) Monitor tech/unit clerk (USR role) Telemetry monitored both centrally and in-room

Required Experience

Must have:

Recent

Trauma Level I or II hospital

experience Well-rounded ICU experience

including vents, sedation, sepsis, pressors, cardiac, CHF, DKA, respiratory Titrating critical care drips
