We're seeking a friendly and detail-oriented
Front Desk Specialist
to join our team in Kansas City! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and providers-creating a welcoming environment while keeping the front office running smoothly. Daily responsibilities include greeting patients, answering and directing calls, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records in the EHR system.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare setting and thrives on delivering excellent customer service. While the position is primarily based in Kansas City, you'll also support our Harrisonville and Shawnee locations a few times per month, helping ensure consistent patient care across sites.
