TRUMPF is seeking a self-motivated Credit and Collections / Finance Intern who is ready to apply their analytical skills in a fast-paced and professional business setting. This internship will provide the student exposure to real-world business problems and also give them the opportunity to hone their problem-solving and communication skills. Internship will be from January 2026 to August 2026 for 25-32 hours a week.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with Credit and Collection tasks, including contacting customers via email and telephone, responding to customer requests, resolving customer issues. providing invoice copies and statements of account as needed.
Assist with Cash Application tasks, including researching payments, customer inquiries, and other tasks as necessary.
Assist with process mapping and documentation, recording tasks and responsibilities, in an effort to streamline daily work flows and activities.
Any other ad hoc responsibilities given by the Head of Credit and Collections
Assist with any tasks from other Finance areas (TBS, Business Partnering, Controlling, etc.) as needed and to provide a well-rounded experience for the intern.
Qualifications
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail is required. Strong inter-personal communication skills and ability to work as a team player.
Education
Must be a student enrolled in an accredited university or institution pursuing an undergraduate's degree in a related field.
