We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable Personal Assistant to support our executive team. This role blends professional administrative support with personal assistance, ensuring that both business and household needs are handled efficiently. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

This role also includes managing a remote assistant, delegating responsibilities such as calendar management, scheduling, and travel coordination, while maintaining oversight to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Responsibilities Manage and oversee a remote assistant responsible for executive calendars, travel planning, and scheduling Coordinate meetings, events, and logistics, ensuring executives are prepared with agendas, materials, and follow-ups Run personal errands such as grocery shopping, returns, and purchases Manage household needs including coordinating maintenance, service appointments, and deliveries Assist with travel logistics, reservations, and on-the-ground coordination for both professional and personal trips Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Provide general project support as needed across teams and special initiatives Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role Prior experience managing or coordinating with another assistant preferred Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace and productivity tools Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and work under pressure High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information Experience in entertainment, media, or the creator economy is a plus
