LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Executive Assistant to support our client's executive team at our North Park, San Diego office. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and the discretion to handle confidential information.
Responsibilities:
Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and expense reports
Assist with project coordination and meeting follow-ups
Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Support general office operations and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in an executive assistant or high-level administrative role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently
Professional demeanor and problem-solving mindset
Working Hours:
Full-time
Onsite
Monday- Friday
8:00am - 5:00pm PST
Position Details:

Contract to hire role
Compensation: $24.00- $32.00 per hour DOE
